GOODBYE 2015

Hola Lexicans! Today, I'm sure your feed is clogged up with New Year Resolutions and Reflecting on 2015 posts, so I decided I'd do a.............. (very unique) Goodbye 2015 post for you all! ;)

-------------------------------------------------------------

2015 has been a great year - I have got to do many amazing things, meet amazing people and just have amazing fun!! Here are the highlights of this year:

- Going to secondary school was a really big deal, and I've made some brilliant friends who I love to bits (LB, CB, YP, EB, AC, MR, ES, JE, TP, DB, MW, IG and many more) <33. It feels like I've been at high school with my best friends now forever

- Starting to write for Tots100 - the UK's leading parent blog network, which receives over 10million hits a year. Becoming a proper monthly columnist was really exciting for me, and it means I'm getting that bit more pocket money!!

- Getting the opportunity to stay at the both amazing Athenaeum Hotel and Watergate Bay Hotel with my family, both as review trips. The fact that I was the one providing such great holidays for my family was a great feeling, and we had so much fun!! Definitely recommend both these hotels for families.

- Going to watch The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas at the Wycombe Swan Theatre, as a review trip was great, and it was a breath-taking play.

- Going to a Taylor Swift concert with my mum and sister for my birthday present. That was insane and definitely one of the best birthday present EV-ER!!

There have been so many more highlights, but I can't name them all!!

New Year Resolutions:

I also have a few little big things I'd like to achieve this year:

- Do some more acting jobs. 2 years ago, I went to an open audition for a short film, made for a film festival and actually, much to my surprise, got the part. It was really fun and interesting, so I'd love to do some more acting.

- Write a book. Yes, I know it requires much hard work and dedication, but I really want to do it!

- Carry on blogging. I'd love to carry on blogging even more and expand my blog, maybe doing more reviews for other companies/newspapers/magazines/websites. I CAN NEVER STOP BLOGGGINGG! <3333 #addiction Also, try to post regularly - I haven't posted for a week!

- Stop biting my nails. You can break a habit with a little push, right?!

 --------------------------------------------------------

What are your resolutions for 2016??

xxx I've got lots of exciting posts coming up, by the way (My Christmass and an author post on Annabel Pitcher, as well as a couple of book reviews, to name just a few)!!

  1. Wow, I'm impressed, your 2015 sounds so amazing! Good luck with writing this year. I wish I could focus on writing this year, but college has the highest priority at the moment... I have some goals for this year, but they're a bit hard to explain. I posted about them though :)
